AutoPoster ("the app") is a social media management app by ZORGOEFIT that lets users create, schedule and publish content on their own social media accounts. This policy describes which data we process and why.

1. What data we collect

• Account data — email address and password (encrypted) for logging into the app.
• Social media connections — access tokens for the Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts you connect yourself. These are used exclusively to publish on your behalf and retrieve statistics.
• Content — texts, images and videos you create or upload in the app.
• Statistics — engagement data (reach, likes, comments) that the connected platforms return about your own posts.

2. What we use your data for

• Creating, scheduling and automatically publishing your posts on the accounts you connected.
• Generating content with AI based on your input.
• Showing engagement statistics for your own posts.

We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Third-party services

The app uses the following processors to function:

• Supabase — authentication and database (storage of account, posts and tokens).
• Netlify — hosting of the app.
• Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky and Snapchat) — publishing your content and retrieving statistics, exclusively via the official APIs and with your consent.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generating texts: captions, hashtags, viral hooks and AI draft posts based on your input.
• OpenAI — generating AI images and voice-overs based on your description or reference image.
• Replicate — generating AI videos and editing images (background removal and product-on-scene).
• Your AI input is used exclusively for that specific generation — not to train models or for other purposes.

4. Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, your account data, content and connected tokens are removed. You can request deletion via the email address below.

5. Security

All connections run over HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted and social media tokens are only accessible to the server, never to third parties.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to file a complaint with your data protection authority. Contact us via the address below.
