Terms of Use

1. The service

AutoPoster is a social media management tool that lets you create and edit content (with and without AI), schedule posts and publish automatically to the social accounts you connect, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Bluesky. The service is provided by ZORGOEFIT.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You only connect social media accounts that you own or manage yourself.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. Your content

Content you create or upload remains your property.
You grant AutoPoster permission to publish that content on your behalf to the platforms you select.
You do not publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or breaks the rules of the connected platforms. If you upload images or audio of other people, you make sure you have their permission.
You review AI-generated content yourself before publishing; you remain ultimately responsible for what appears on your accounts.

4. External platforms

Publishing runs through the official APIs of the connected platforms. Their own terms apply to your use of those platforms. AutoPoster is not responsible for changes, outages, rejections or restrictions on the platforms' side.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI results may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you review them before use. ZORGOEFIT is not liable for indirect damage, including missed publications or reach. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the damage occurred.

6. Termination

You can have your account deleted at any time via the deletion page. These terms then cease to apply.

7. Subscriptions, credits and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions run monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your account settings, effective at the end of the current period.
AI features cost credits. The number of credits per feature is shown in the app before you start it. If an AI edit fails due to an error on our side, the credits are refunded automatically.
Credits cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Unused credits are not refunded except where the law requires it; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may change prices and credit costs. Changes only apply from your next renewal and are announced in advance in the app or by e-mail.

8. Governing law

These terms and any use of AutoPoster are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Reporting infringement

Do you believe content published through AutoPoster infringes your copyright or other rights? Report it with a description and a link to the content in question via support@zorgoefit.com.
