1. The service

AutoPoster is a social media management tool that lets you generate content with AI, schedule posts and publish automatically to connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok). The service is provided by ZORGOEFIT.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You only connect social media accounts that you own or manage yourself.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. Your content

Content you create or upload remains your property.
You grant AutoPoster permission to publish that content on your behalf to the platforms you select.
You do not publish content that is unlawful or violates the rules of the connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
You review AI-generated content yourself before publishing; you remain ultimately responsible for what appears on your accounts.

4. External platforms

Publishing happens through the official APIs of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. AutoPoster is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions on the side of those platforms.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ZORGOEFIT is not liable for indirect damages, including missed publications or reach.

6. Termination

You can have your account deleted at any time via the deletion page. These terms then cease to apply.

7. Governing law

These terms and any use of AutoPoster are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

8. Reporting infringement

Do you believe content published through AutoPoster infringes your copyright or other rights? Report it with a description and a link to the content in question via zorgoefit@hotmail.com.
